No pic - Pas d'image

I've been an avid reader of Knitting Brioche and now Brioche Chic so I thought I could try. No problem with simple brioche in rows, it's a tad more difficult for me in the round. But Add another colour and I'm lost. I tried to follow this pattern as instructions in Brioche Chic (which I find far clearer, if not as detailed, than the ones in Knitting Brioche) were very unclear to me. I manage to start the two-colours pattern, but my main colour appears as the contrasting colour in what I did, so I frogged with frustration. I wonder if this is because I knit combination style?

I really want to master brioche so that I can make a jacket inspired by this one worn by Caroline, a contestant of the sewing contest Cousu Main on M6. I'm under the impression the biggest flounces are brioche. Plus I'd love to be able to do my own two-colours brioche motives...
